Her career began in clinical psychology, where diagnostic assessment — understanding the patterns that explain how someone thinks and what that means for how they’ll function — was the foundation of the work. That foundation has informed everything she has done since.


She has coached leaders at the CDC for more than a decade, worked across industries from pharmaceuticals and defense to healthcare and advanced manufacturing, and led cross-cultural leadership programs in Germany and Switzerland.
